NASHVILLE, Tenn.- There is new information about December's massive coal ash spill in Kingston.  The TVA is now asking a federal court to dismiss all lawsuits against them. The utility believes their sole responsibility is to clean up the massive mess

Seven lawsuits have been filed because of the disaster at the Kingston Fossil Plant. TVA questions some of the merits of the lawsuits since some of the plaintiffs live dozens of miles away from the site. TVA has spent $68 million on the cleanup so far. It's estimated the total price tag could be $825 million.
