COLUMBIA, Tenn. - A jury of 12, plus four alternates, has been selected in the case of a woman accused of murdering her husband during a sex bondage game.
26-year-old Rebecca Bargy is charged with second degree murder in the death of her husband, 29-year-old James Bargy.
Investigators found James Bargy's body inside the couple's Columbia home back in April 2008, with his arms and legs strapped behind him and duct tape over his mouth.
Police believe Rebecca tied up James and left him to die while she left the residence to meet up with a boyfriend she met online.
A judge announced the jury will be sequestered at a local hotel. Once seated, the jury will return home to collect personal belongings.
Investigators said they collaborated with detectives in large cities like New York and Los Angeles to ask questions about how crimes like this are investigated and tried.
Opening arguments are set to begin Tuesday at 9 a.m.
