Gunman On The Loose After East Nashville Shooting

NASHVILLe, Tenn. - Metro police said they were searching for a gunman after a man was shot in East Nashville.

The shooting happened around 1 a.m. Tuesday on Fielding Street.

The victim was shot in the leg, and he was able to make it back to his home at the Edgefield Manor Apartments on South 6th Street.

The victim was eventually taken to Vanderbilt in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made in this case, and the victim's identity has not been released.
