DeKalb County Deputy Resigns After TBI Raid

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A DeKalb County Sheriff's deputy resigned after his name surfaced in connection with the investigation of a Middle Tennessee urgent care clinic.

Officials said the deputy used to be a McMinnville police officer. The Americare clinic was under investigation for possibly selling prescription drugs illegally.
Clinic Accused Of Selling Prescription Drugs Illegally

A Warren County deputy was suspended without pay and two other McMinnville police officers are believed to be involved.

So far no charges have been filed.
