Amber Alert Canceled, Missing Teen Found

LAFAYETTE, Tenn. - An Amber Alert has been canceled for a missing teenager from Macon County. According to the TBI, 13-year-old Judi Juarez has been safely recovered in Huntsville.

Authorities believed Juarez was with 22-year-old Jose Martin Cano in the Huntsville area.

Warrants were issued for Cano's arrest, and he was taken into police custody.

The TBI put out an endangered child alert for Juarez on Sunday. Authorities thought the two could be in a purple 2-door 1996 Ford Escort hatchback with Tenn. plates 485 TJL.

Juarez's family noticed she was missing Sunday morning. The family talked to Cano and he said Juarez was with him.
