GREENBRIER, Tenn. - A Greenbrier toddler has been found after police found the child with her mother's boyfriend.

Greenbrier police said the 3-year-old girl was last seen by her mother Tuesday around 3:30 p.m. Nevaeh was with the mother's boyfriend Kevin Woods.

Woods was later seen with the toddler at the Walmart in Springfield around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.

After a call that Wood's blue 2001 Dodge Dakota had been seen near Highway 41 in Springfield, police canvassed the area and eventually found Woods and the child in a Kroger parking lot.

The child was not harmed.

Woods was charged with custodial interference. Officials said other charges may be issued as the investigation continues.
