Antioch Man Shot In Overnight Robbery

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Police are searching for several people they believe shot a man during an overnight robbery in Antioch.

Neighbors reported hearing three to four gunshots at the Saxony Lake Apartments on Saxony Lake Drive near Tusculum Road around 1 a.m.

When police arrived on scene, the victim and another man said they were sitting on an outdoor staircase when four men wearing red bandanas over their faces came up and demanded their wallets.

A male victim was grazed by a bullet as the robbers fled the scene. He was transported to Southern Hills Medical Center for treatment. Police said the injury was not life threatening.

The victim's identity was not released.
