WARTRACE, Tenn.- The issue of liquor has sparked much debate in one Bedford County town.
Those who own property in Wartrace, but don't live within the city limits, will now have some say-so, on the liquor-by-the-drink issue. Non-resident voters can sign a petition to buy a drink in Wartrace.
The final date to sign the petition is Friday, October 30th.
