
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. - The court date for a Murfreesboro man accused of killing two members of his family and shooting another was rescheduled Tuesday.
to be bound over to a grand jury Tuesday.
Daniel Hazlett, 24, had a preliminary hearing scheduled for Tuesday in Rutherford County General Sessions Court, but the date was rescheduled for Dec. 8 at 9 a.m.
Hazlett's case is expected to be bound over to the grand jury during his hearing.
Police said Hazlett shot his aunt and uncle Kevin and Mary Jane Adams in April at their home on Halls Hill Pike. Both were killed.

Police also said Hazlett also shot the Adams' 14-year-old son Jesse, who survived.
