ASHLAND CITY, Tenn.- The Cheatham County board of education has chosen a new director of Schools. They want Tennessee education commissioner Tim Webb.
The board voted Friday night to offer him the job, but as of Saturday evening, it was unclear if Webb would take the position. He's also up for the same position in Murfreesboro. That district could name their top three finalists on Tuesday.
