CLARSKVILLE, Tenn.- A Fort Campbell soldier is behind bars this weekend charged with burglary. Clarksville Police say Joseph Armstrong, 21, broke into at least three homes, and stole things each time.
Several of the stolen items were found on-post, at his home. The break-ins happened in September and October. Armstrong is an Army supply specialist.
Investigators say he admitted to the burglaries.
