Former Titan Arrested For DUI, Gets Lesser Charge

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A former Titan arrested earlier in 2009 on DUI charges received a lesser charge.

Former receiver Chris Davis was sentenced Tuesday to six months of supervised probation for reckless driving after he was originally arrested for a DUI in August.

An officer stopped Davis for speeding in the early morning hours, and the former Titan registered .11 on the blood alcohol test.

Shortly after the incident, Davis was released from the Titans due to a hamstring injury. He was re-signed in early November and then released again just days later.
