NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Belmont University celebrated the official groundbreaking of the new law school on Thursday.
The Randall and Sadie Baskin Center will be a 71,000 square foot facility and will serve as the home for the new College of Law and state-of-the-art law library.
The Baskin Center will contain more than a dozen classrooms, a 21st Century trial courtroom, an appellate courtroom, a two-story law library, and more than 20 faculty offices.
The College will begin classes in fall 2011. At full capacity, it will enroll approximately 360 students.
