On this episode of URBAN OUTLOOK, April Eaton talks about the under representation of African Americans in colleges around the nation.  She is joined by Vanderbilt professor Donna Ford, who is also the Co-Director of the Scholar Identity Institute.  They will discuss the many reasons why African Americans might not be applying or getting accepted in college, including a possible bias on college admission tests.
