The remaining sealed documents in the NHC Nursing Home fire were scheduled to be released Tuesday, but attorneys said the judge postponed the hearing until October 17.
The fire was followed by an extensive investigation, including countless interviews.
As the remaining lawsuits against NHC go to court, a judge has ruled that the remaining sealed documents in the case will be opened Tuesday.
One of those key documents details interviews with expert witnesses in which the interviewees weigh in on opinion of the nursing home's actions, and whether they feel the facility acted recklessly.
Other documents in which NHC rebuts claims that its employees acted recklessly are also expected to be unsealed.
Seven people died on the night of the fire, and nine more died in the weeks following as a result of their injuries.
The nursing home was torn down earlier this year, in part to give the victims' families some sense of closure.
The new owners of the site where the facility once stood said they have a new project in the works, and have suggested that it may be part of Centennial Medical Center.
