CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) -- Visitors to the new, $27 million museum honoring evangelist Billy Graham enter and exit through crosses as tall as 40 feet high, a design meant to emphasize that the complex is an extension of his ministry.
Former Presidents Bush, Clinton and Carter met with the Graham family before Thursday afternoon's formal dedication of the Billy Graham Library, in Charlotte, N.C.
The 88-year-old evangelist is ill and frail, but plans to speak at the ceremony.
Billy Graham has toured the museum, according to his son. The Rev. Franklin Graham said his father's only complaint was: "Too much Billy Graham."
Admission will be free when the museum opens to the public on Tuesday.
