Teacher In Alleged Sex Slaying Case Goes Missing

(AP) NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A Knoxville teacher accused of having an affair with a high school student has gone missing with her two children.

An attorney for Erin McLean said he hasn't been able to contact her since she left her parents' home in Nashville on Saturday.

McLean's husband, Eric McLean, is charged with killing the 18-year-old student who was allegedly having an affair with his wife.

But Erin McLean isn't charged with any crimes, and she has legal custody of her children.

Attorney Gary Blackburn says his client is emotionally distraught, but he doesn't believe she would do any harm to her children.

He thinks she may be heading to California to meet with a friend she met on the Internet.
