MP3 Player Loaded With Porn

COOKEVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - An MP3 video player given to a 10-year-old Cookeville girl for Christmas was loaded with porn and explicit songs.

The player apparently had been used by someone else, then returned to the store and was resold.

Daryl Hill said the material left his daughter in tears.

He said he purchased the player at a Wal-Mart in Sparta. A company spokesman said stores are not supposed to return opened packages to the sales floor. The matter is under investigation.
