NASHVILLE, Tenn. - There was a screening and panel discussion about a locally produced documentary on voter disenfranchisement.
U.S. Rep. Jim Cooper joined filmmaker David Earnhardt and journalist Bob Koehler for a discussion following the screening of Uncounted at Nashville's Belcourt Theatre.
The movie explores tactics used to steal elections in recent years and how the threat exists in the 2008 presidential race.
The movie was sponsored by two local groups lobbying to eliminate paperless electronic voting machines.
