NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A woman accused of killing her husband claimed in court that she didn't do it!

In an arraignment Wednesday in front of a judge, Kelley Cannon pleaded not guilty to first degree murder charges.

Police said Kelley strangled her husband, well-known local attorney James Cannon.

Kelley was released in August on bond and shortly after tried to get custody of her three children.

Kelley's in-laws, who currently have custody of the children, got an order of protection against her.

Kelley spoke to NewsChannel 5 shortly after her release and said she believes the investigation into her husband's death is "flawed."
