NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Police have charged 19-year-old Wesley Parker Ellis from Madison with vehicular homicide by intoxication.
Detectives said Ellis was driving on Briley Parkway, when he slammed into another car who was turning left onto Briley. The other driver, 24-year-old Jessica Paige died.
Police say Ellis showed signs of drinking during a field sobriety test.
