NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Road construction at Nashville International Airport has led to traffic issues around the terminal.
Terminal Ring Road, which goes to the terminal and the short and long-term parking areas, will have construction improvements until fall. The cell phone waiting area has been temporarily closed due to the road project.
Drivers picking up passengers cannot stop and wait on the main terminal road.
Drivers should allow extra time when going to the airport and slow down. Also, read the detour signs and be alert for construction crews. If you arrive before your passenger does go to short-term parking and park free for 30 minutes. When your passenger has collected their baggage drive to the 10-minute waiting area outside baggage claim and pick them up there.
