LEBANON, Tenn. - She's accused of plotting to kill her own mother in Wilson County, and now Lauren Morrow has shocked the court.
Thursday morning, Morrow decided to change her guilty plea to not guilty because she originally pleaded guilty to the wrong charge of conspiracy.
Police arrested Morrow; her boyfriend, Andrew Bland, and Joshua Stubblefield in 2007.
Morrow and Bland were accused of trying to hire Stubblefield to kill Morrow's mother.
Morrow's original plea deal would have given her only one year in jail, but now she wants a jury trial.
The trial has been set for June.
