NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Thursday night the community had a chance to hang out with the stars and bowl with them too at the 'Celebrities Strike Up A Cure' fundraiser.

NewsChannel 5's Eric Yutzy put the event together. Eric's goal is to raise $50,000.

Proceeds will go to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in honor of Chase Donnell, a young Predators fan who passed away from cancer last year.

"This is all about getting people together and doing something that everyone loves to do - bowl.  To let them know that they can do something bigger, something better to cure blood cancer," said Yutzy.
