NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP)- Tennessee Titans cornerback Adam "Pacman" Jones says he'll have to watch where he goes.
Yesterday a Nashville judge dismissed an assault charge against him because there were too many inconsistencies in the testimony from the alleged victim.
Krystal Webb, a Tennessee State University student who filed the charge, said Jones spit at her at a Nashville night club in October.
General Session Court Judge John Aaron Holt said Webb can pursue the case in a civil lawsuit.
Jones testified that the NFL had already fined him $100,000, an amount he hopes to get back now that the charge is dismissed.
He said he believes he is a target of people seeking money and that he'll have to protect himself in the future.
Jones has had a series of off-field incidents during his two years with the Titans.
