Clarksville Family Faces New Child Abuse Charges

CLARKSIVLLE, Tenn. - A Montgomery County judge refused to lower the bonds for members of a Clarksville family accused of torturing two adopted children.

Earnest, Windie and Elizabeth Perry now face more than 150 charges in the case. CLICK HERE for the original story.

Their bonds were set at $250,000 each.

Defense attorneys asked to have those reduced in court Thursday, arguing the three have cooperated with police. The motion was denied, and the three remained in jail.
