
CLARKSIVLLE, Tenn. - A Montgomery County judge refused to lower the bonds for members of a Clarksville family accused of torturing two adopted children.

Their bonds were set at $250,000 each.
Defense attorneys asked to have those reduced in court Thursday, arguing the three have cooperated with police. The motion was denied, and the three remained in jail.
