Country Music Star's Stalker Receives Restraining Order

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A mid-state woman has been ordered to stay away from Country Music singer Gary Allan. Katherine Walker was given a permanent restraining order during a hearing in Gallatin.

Allan went to court to face off with his alleged stalker Tuesday. Walker acted as her own attorney and cross examined Allan during testimony.

"I said, I don't have a myspace I tell you that every time you come over here. I'm over this - you scare me as a person," said Allan.

Allan, along with members of his band and management team, testified against Walker.

Allan's attorneys said the video shows Walker throwing flower pots, destroying property and throwing things in the swimming pool.

She admitted that surveillance video caught her vandalizing Allan's home. Walker still faces criminal charges for vandalizing Allan's home.
