Woman Stabbed At Restaurant Near Vanderbilt

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A woman was stabbed at a Nashville restaurant near Vanderbilt early Wednesday and police are trying to piece together what happened.

Officials said there was some kind of scuffle inside Ken's Japanese Restaurant near 20^thand Division Street around 4 a.m.

The woman was stabbed inside the restaurant and made her way out the back door, where the argument continued.

Two people were taken into custody. At least one was later released.

The woman was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said the victim and suspects did know each other.
