Teen Arrested For Stealing Metro School Bus

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - A 14-year-old Antioch Middle School student was arrested on Monday. He is charged with auto theft after allegedly stealing a Metro school bus over the weekend.

Metro police are also looking for a 15-year-old girl and two 13-year-old girls in connection with the theft.

Just before 4 p.m. Sunday, police said the four stole the bus from Cole Elementary and ran from the bus near the intersection of Bart Drive and Kelley Drive.

Surveillance video from inside the bus was shown to a School Resource Officer at Antioch Middle School who helped identify the 14-year-old student.
