FRANKLIN, Tenn. - Police said the Franklin robbery suspect, who was shot after pulling a gun on police last week, allegedly robbed the same Kroger pharmacy on Hillsboro Road in August.
Demian Rivera has a scheduled court date Monday for a bond hearing. Rivera was released from the hospital Sunday afternoon and booked into the Williamson County jail on several charges, including aggravated assault and robbery.
Investigators said Rivera is the man who robbed the Kroger pharmacy last Tuesday night.
After a short chase with authorities, he lost control of his motorcycle and was shot after pulling a realistic replica gun on officers who tried to subdue him.
Investigators said Rivera is a convicted felon with a lengthy history, and he is currently being held without bond.
