NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Metro council scheduled a public hearing for Tuesday night on the proposed adult business zoning rules.
Concerned neighbors held a meeting last month about Ava's Adult, which opened up in the Sylvan park area of West Nashville. The owner said he followed all the guidelines and even blacked out the windows.
Now, Metro council members have decided to consider strengthening the zoning regulations for adult businesses to make it harder for the businesses to set up shop.
Tuesday night's meeting has been scheduled for 6 p.m. at the historic Metro courthouse.
