Condo Company Drops Claim Against McNair

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The property managers of a West End condominium have dropped their claim against the estate of slain former Titan, Steve McNair.

McNair was a co-signer for the condo on Parthenon Avenue with his cousin, Raymond White.

After McNair's death, the property managers sued McNair's estate for $1,500 in back rent and property damage.

McNair's widow, Mechele McNair, contested the claim. Now, the property company said it would go after Raymond White, the primary signer on the lease.
