NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Madison, Tenn., mother who fled to Mexico with her 4-year-old son should be arraigned in court Monday.
Emily Atwater, 33, was arrested in Mexico in October on charges of felony custodial interference and unlawful flight. She has been on the run from authorities since late July when she failed to bring her son, Ollie, back to his father after visitation.
Authorities placed Ollie back with his father.
