NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The restaurant that became the site of a makeshift memorial for Steve McNair in the days following his death will now be sold.
A probate judge authorized McNair's widow, Mechelle, to sell Gridiron 9, which is the restaurant Steve opened just days before his death.
The judge denied an appeal by one of the former Titan's business partners.
Court records show a potential buyer has already come forward.
