NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The 43rd annual CMA Awards could be one of country music's most historic shows to date.
Entertainer of the Year will be the category to watch. Four-time winner Kenny Chesney already tied Garth Brooks for most wins in the category. If Chesney wins again, he would become the first artist to win five times.
The only woman up for the coveted Entertainer of the Year award attended Hendersonville High School. If 19-year-old Taylor Swift wins she would become the youngest winner in CMA Award history.
Other nominees for Entertainer of the Year include Brad Paisley, George Strait and Keith Urban.
The 43rd annual CMA Awards is tonight at the Sommet Center in downtown Nashville.
