Oxford, Miss.- If the Vols thought a bad week couldn’t get any worse, they were wrong. After days of talking about the arrest of three freshman, Tennessee was eager to shed distractions, but Saturday, the only thing being tossed aside was their defense.

Tennessee had nothing for Dexter McCluster. Their rushing defense was destroyed.

This game had a back and forth flow to it early on. But after the game was tied at 14, that was when the shootout ended and the clinic began.

McCluster was the Vols’ worst nightmare. He rushed for more yards against Tennessee than any other player in history with four touchdowns, he rushed for 282 yards, an Ole Miss single record.
