
NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The governor's office announced Wednesday that Governor Phil Bredesen met with Cecil Johnson's attorney, and he is not considering clemency in the case.
Johnson was convicted of killing 3 people including a 12 year old boy at Bob Bell's market in Nashville in July of 1980.
The execution of Johnson is expected to go on as scheduled next week.
