NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Federal Trade Commission has been investigating CVS Caremark - a pharmacy chain and health care services company.
The Federal Trade Commission would not say why they are investigating CVS. The Nashville Business Journal reported CVS Caremark has been accused of questionable and possibly illegal practices.
Congressmen, pharmacists and patients have filed complaints against the company since 2007.
CVS Caremark employs nearly 4,000 people in Tennessee.
