NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Metro Water Services is reporting good news. The city's water reservoirs are back up to 78-percent. That's up from the 56-percent Saturday.
Nashville residents can now do essential loads of laundry and dishes, but they still do not want people to do things like water lawns or wash the car. Divers are still inspecting the KR Harrington Water Treatment Plant which was flooded out. They're looking to see if the clear water wells are safe.
Electricity is back on there, but the pumps and motors are still away being dried and repaired.
