FORT CAMPBELL, Ky.- Military health officials are preparing for a possible surge in psychological problems as some 15,000 troops return home after a year at war.
It's believed that one in five of the 101st Division soldiers will suffer from stress related disorders.
That's why Fort Campbell has nearly doubled its psychological health staff and changed the way soldiers receive mental health treatment.
Fort Campbell recently opened a traumatic brain injury center, the first of its kind in the army.
