One person was killed and another was injured in a shooting in Christian County, Kentucky.
The call came in shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday at a Days Inn on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
The circumstances leading up to the shooting were not known.
Oak Grove Police officials said a man was found in the parking lot. He was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center with a gunshot wound to the side.
Another person was found inside a hotel room and pronounced dead. The person’s identity was not released, pending notification of the family.
Police said Ashley Cantrell, of Chatsworth, Georgia, was charged with tampering with evidence. She was booked into the Christian County Jail.
