Two additional suspects have been charged in connection with allegedly vandalizing the “I Believe in Nashville” mural in 12South.

Metro Nashville Police said Caleb Jones and Breanna Lesch, both 20, have been charged with felony vandalism in the case.

The incident happened overnight Tuesday at the mural located at 2700 12th Avenue South when "I Believe in Global Warming” was painted over it.

Police said both Jones and Lesch admitted their involvement and are free on bond.

On Wednesday, Brandon Murphy, age 20, was charged with felony vandalism after surrendering to police.

The owner of the building said the cost to restore the mural would be more than $1,000.
