Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation canceled an AMBER Alert for a 3-month old baby boy shortly after it was issued.
Baby Russell Roysden was found safe around 7 p.m. Wednesday.
He was believed to have been taken by his non-custodial father, Jerry Alan Roysden.
Russell was described as a 3-month old with blue eyes and blonde hair. Officials said he was last seen Wednesday in his home when he was kidnapped by Jerry around 10 a.m.
Jerry was described as being 6" tall, 170 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. Officials said he has an extensive violent criminal history.
A warrant for kidnapping has bee issued for his arrest.
