Authorities in Kentucky have warned the public about a suspect who’s wanted on attempted murder charges.
The Trigg County Sheriff’s Office said 48-year-old Dwight Lee Hunter is wanted after a woman was held against her will.
Hunter allegedly duct taped her to a kitchen chair before she briefly escaped. They said she was then duct taped around her neck and dragged back in the house where she was able to fight off her attacker.
From there, she ran to a neighbor’s house and called 911.
An arrest warrant has been issued, charging him with attempted murder, unlawful imprisonment and kidnapping.
He should be considered armed and dangerous. Anyone who sees Hunter should call 270-522-6014 or 911.
