Hamilton Creek Boat Ramp Drowning Victim Identified

Metro Nashville Police officials have identified the drowning of a man at the Hamilton Creek Boat Ramp.

According to officials, no foul play was apparent in the death of 23-year-old Rentas Guillen of Patricia Drive.

Body Found In Water At Hamilton Creek Boat Ramp

A child playing in the water found Guillen's body Sunday evening. It was then recovered around 5:30 p.m. at the boat ramp, 2901 Bell Road.

The boy told police he was walking in the water when he stepped on the body. He and a friend pulled the victim’s body to shore.

An autopsy was conducted today.
