A 12-year-old pedestrian was injured in a hit-and-run crash in Nashville.
The incident happened shortly before 3 p.m. Saturday at Bell Road and Eagle View Boulevard.
Authorities confirmed a 12-year-old was hit by a dark blue or black Nissan Altima.
The child sustained minor injuries and was taken to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
According to reports, police have been searching for the driver who was described as an 18 or 19-year-old male.
