A 32-year-old man was killed in a drive-by shooting in East Nashville.
The shooting happened just before midnight on Friday on Chester Avenue.
According to reports, someone opened fire on 32-year-old Channing Lockridge and a 34-year-old.

Lockridge had been standing in a driveway in the 1400 block of Chester Avenue. He was fatally wounded, passing away at the scene.
The 34-year-old victim had a graze wound and was treated and released from the hospital.
Police said they believe two people fired at Lockridge from a four-door sedan before taking off toward Scott Avenue.
