NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Investigators confirmed Kenneth Baker was placed behind bars.
According to reports, Baker had allegedly been smoking marijuana when he went boating on Percy Priest Lake on May 20.
Authorities said he was reportedly yelling threats at other boaters and exposing himself.
After failing several field sobriety tests, he was booked for boating under the influence.
According to the Behavioral Treatment Providers website, Baker was listed as the program director.
