Officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department have responded to a shooting in Madison.
The incident happened just after 8 p.m. on the 700 block of Myatt Drive in the Wynnsong Movie Theaters parking lot.
At least one person was injured in the shooting.
Police believed the victim was sitting in their car at the time of the shooting and suffered non life-threathening injuries. Two bullet holes in the vehicle were visible.
The suspect that ran from the scene was described as a black man wearing a red shirt and red hat.
