To Celebrate Tennessee we took a look at a huge shoe giveaway for kids.
Just in time for the holidays, Genesco hosted its 6th annual shoe give-away at Park Avenue Elementary in West Nashville Friday morning.
That's where they not only passed out shoes to children in need, but also gave out socks and hats.
The company's president said they want to make sure every child gets a gift this Christmas and added the company has been doing events like this since 1989.
